Mac Projects - Yellow Dog Linux on PowerMac G4

Installed YDL 3 on a G4 450.
Install was successful, and everything seemed to work OK.
Configured networking OK
Configured CUPS, got a printout OK
Now cant boot up. Hangs during loading CUPS.

How do I clear out the CUPS settings and see if that lets it boot?
Haven't checked YDL website for help yet.

Also, there was another thing that stumped me, before this CUPS problem I was attempting to update via aptget which seeks to download from YellowDog's servers. However there were files it couldn't find, as if YDL had moved/changed something so that their older versions could no longer get the updates! Has anyone else encountered this. Please do not suggest merely downloading YDL 4, it's too large for my download limit.
