I'am an uge retro computer collector from France.
I want to buy an US layout keyboard for an Apple IIc, it doesn't need to be an Alps keyboard (even if I prefer).
I already have french, german localized Apple IIc. But It sucks for a lot of software.
I have spare IIc without keyboard, so I need a keyboard for this one.
So let me know.
I've rarely ever seen a //c keyboard for sale separately. Many of the cheaper selling //c on places like eBay the keyboard is one of the most damaged parts. Your best bet might be to buy one that has an intact keyboard but is otherwise non-functional. Then you'd have a keyboard and probably some other spare parts that could come in handy at some point.
MacEffects has done a //c keyboard. Mechanical switches, RGB backlights. Javier has shown it. The ME website will not be available until September 9 however.
That's good to know! I bet there are quite a few people who could use that.
